Working for arguably the leading edge Reservoir Engineering & Simulation Consultancy in Stavanger, Norway, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Reservoir Engineer to establish themselves within a Principal / Team Leader level position.

Description:

Working within the Reservoir Engineer division, technical duties will include such things as:

• Reservoir simulation studies

• Reservoir optimization

• Dynamic uncertainty assessments

• EOR

• PVT modeling

• Heavy Oil appraisal and development and presenting results to the client base.

You will also be expected to provide overall mentoring to the team although each individual is allocated a 1-2-1 mentor and you will oversee this.

Therefore, it's expected on a technical side, that you will have excellent skills when it comes to Reservoir Simulation (ideally from within Norwegian projects) and on a personal side, you will have experience of mentoring, as well as being a team player focussed on delivering solutions.

Projects range from NCS, North Sea through to international areas such as USA, and Africa.

Qualifications:

• MSc educated within Petroleum or Reservoir Engineering or equivalent subject.

• 8-10 years' experience with an Oil Consultancy ideally in Norway, but within Europe.

• Senior level duties and responsibilities or Team Lead duties.
