Ensure through effective planning and communication that all
vegetation management works are across all voltages and are delivered with a
maximum efficiency.
In delivery work fully with the operational delivery teams
and lead a proactive planning process.
Specific Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Managing effective outage programmes and ensuring there are
no GS4 failures by proactive communication internally and externally

Liaising fully with all operational vegetation management
teams through line management structure to ensure that customer protocols are
met and programme is achieved

Managing and monitoring cutting programmes in conjunction
with operations to ensure all LV work is maximised as a result of HV outages
being managed by my client or third parties

Generally supporting the Service Delivery Manager to ensure
the programme being delivered by the operational teams is managed and
monitored efficiently
Attributes / Experience:

UA1 qualification
-
Computer literacy across Microsoft packages and database
systems

MIDAS/GIS system
-
Electrical networks
-
Customer service / liaison
-
Arranging generators
-
Produce carding packs
-
Check isolation points on plans
-
Request NRS lists from CN
-
Record keeping
-
Check quality of returned packs
-
Archive packs ready for CN audit
-
Card delivery
-
Check customers affected from map and NRS list
-
Check network for non listed customers
-
Check for utility customers
-
Co-ordination of card delivery
-
Training carders
-
Reporting progress / production
