Ensure through effective planning and communication that all vegetation management works are across all voltages and are delivered with a maximum efficiency.

In delivery work fully with the operational delivery teams and lead a proactive planning process.

Specific Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Managing effective outage programmes and ensuring there are no GS4 failures by proactive communication internally and externally

• Liaising fully with all operational vegetation management teams through line management structure to ensure that customer protocols are met and programme is achieved

• Managing and monitoring cutting programmes in conjunction with operations to ensure all LV work is maximised as a result of HV outages being managed by my client or third parties

• Generally supporting the Service Delivery Manager to ensure the programme being delivered by the operational teams is managed and monitored efficiently

Attributes / Experience:

• UA1 qualification

• Computer literacy across Microsoft packages and database systems

• MIDAS/GIS system

• Electrical networks

• Customer service / liaison

• Arranging generators

• Produce carding packs

• Check isolation points on plans

• Request NRS lists from CN

• Record keeping

• Check quality of returned packs

• Archive packs ready for CN audit

• Card delivery

• Check customers affected from map and NRS list

• Check network for non listed customers

• Check for utility customers

• Co-ordination of card delivery

• Training carders

• Reporting progress / production
