Senior/Principal Waste Consultant

This is an independent and employee controlled environmental consultancy that is dynamic and fast-growing with an expanding network of offices in the UK and USA.

The position will include project management of EP applications for landfill, energy from waste facilities and waste treatment and transfer sites across the UK. Main duties will be to produce the risk assessments and documents for applications (H1 risk assessments, site condition reports, application forms, OPRA spreadsheets etc) as well as managing different teams and pulling applications together.

The individual will also be required to liaise with the Environment Agency and other regulatory bodies as required and also liaise with the client Project Manager.

You be expected to have a degree in engineering, process, chemical or earth science, and ideally either have an MSc or a member of CIWM, with an environmental or engineering consulting or industrial background.
