Cyclops Field Surveyor - GIS Experience Required

Field survey tasks involve the driving to specified locations to photograph and document the street furniture present by taking geocoded images (Smart-phone required). All data is then to be uploaded at the end of each day.
For this role you do not need to be based in London but proximity to a main airport is preferable.
Tasks are expected to from anything up to 30 days in a month but the right candidate will be given the more regular work to average 20+ days per month. The successful applicant will plan their routes, organise and upload data captured and logged and provide receipted expenses and supporting documents so expenses can be processed accordingly. Payment based on using your own car is £105 p/day for approx 8hrs per day. This is made up of £80 salary plus £25 for own car use. A full salary day is paid for as a 'Rest Day' on the 7th day of a working period that exceeds 7 consecutive days of work. This must be taken as this is provided for the safety of the surveyor.
All business expenses are covered and hotel and food budgets are provided with a minimum hotel standard imposed for security and comfort. These are also covered for the rest day detailed above.
Usually a rental car is required and this will be approved as is essential if performing fly / drive tasks further afield in Europe and beyond.
Applicant must have a credit card to put their business expenditure on for payment at the end of the month when expenses have been submitted and processed.
A clean and valid drivers license is also required.
As a contracted employee you are responsible for payment of any local employment taxes as per your locality.
The area to be covered includes all of Europe. Tasks further afield as a fly-drive opportunity are also available globally.
