As an experienced remote sensing specialist your expertise will play a key role in helping to protect England's natural environment. Staying one step ahead of the latest technology, you'll provide essential analytical support to our regional and area teams. With extensive working knowledge of a range of remotely sensed data sources, and in the assessment and monitoring of UK environmental factors, you'll ensure our teams have the technical support they need to solve the most difficult casework issues.
Innovative in your approach, you'll inspire and engage partners and stakeholders to develop leading remote sensing initiatives. Naturally, you'll have superb IT skills and an in-depth working knowledge of softwares, including: ERDAS Imagine, ESRI GI Toolsets, ERmapper, Definiens Professional and FME.
