Information Systems Officer
Contract: Permanent, Full time, 35 hours per week
A permanent full time post has arisen for an Information Systems Officer at the Council headquarters at Newtown St Boswells located in the centre of the picturesque Scottish Borders. This vacancy offers an exciting opportunity to manage a small GIS team, giving corporate support within the Council to a wide and varied range of GIS related functions, allowing opportunities for giving advice, implementation and management of the projects. The post requires a Degree or Diploma in Information Technology / GIS or a related discipline, or Town Planning (with evidence of GIS / IT skills).
