Senior Hydraulic Engineer - Peru

Based in Lima, you will be leading a range of water resources, mining, and environmental projects. You should have the flexibility and desire to undertake occasional international travel and assignments.

Requirements:

• BSc minimum with MSc degree preferred in hydraulic engineering, surface hydrology or related subjects
• At least 8 years experience in hydrology and hydraulic analysis, hydraulic structures, and engineering design
• Broad knowledge of water related issues of mining
• Experience in data gathering leading to the implementation of water balance models
• Experience in designing rainfall and stream protection systems
• Experience in designing dams, ponds, piping and pumping systems, as well as sewage system for rainfall
• Experience in River bed engineering
• Effective written and oral communications skills
• Experience in south America a major plus
• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory
• Proficiency in English is an advantage
