Post-doctoral Scientists - Hydrological Research Team



POST-DOCTORAL SCIENTISTS interested in undertaking research across diverse aspects of the water and energy cycles are invited to join a multi-disciplinary research group at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Candidates with demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: hydrological processes in arid and semi-arid zones; coupled and uncoupled groundwater and land surface modeling; regional climate modeling; land-atmosphere interactions; satellite and airborne hydrological remote sensing; spatial data analysis and interpretation; and in-situ environmental and hydrometeorological monitoring.

A RESEARCH TECHNICIAN with demonstrated skill in hydrometeorological measurement and collection, data management and analysis, and the commissioning of scientific equipment and telemetered systems is also being sought to support group field and laboratory activities.

Located on the Red Sea 80 km north of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, KAUST is an international graduate level research University, dedicated to advancing science and technology through bold and collaborative research in areas of regional and global importance.
