Position Summary A Cooperative Agreement/Land Management Supervisor position is available with Colorado State University's Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML), assigned to the Island of Oahu Schofield Barracks to provide natural resources management for the US Army Sustainable Range Program (SRP). This position serves as the lead agent for managing ITAM work under the supervision of CSU-CEMML and in coordination with Range Division Hawaii's Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) office. This position manages a multi-million-dollar budget to support maintenance and repair of Range Division Hawaii training lands. This position coordinates and administers land management projects, contracts, equipment rentals, and acquisition of supplies and materials.
