  • Identify process improvements and efficiencies to enable quicker turnaround time.
  • Provide more hands-on support to Global Talent Acquisition team with timely updates as needed.
  • Create consistency with manager and candidate experiences.
  • Strengthen internal Global Talent Acquisition brand (building internal partnerships).

What will you achieve in the first 30-60-90 days?

First 30 Days

  • Be up to speed on current process to schedule interviews including booking travel.
  • Learn the organization and start building relationships with internal customers.
  • Understand the logistics of interview scheduling by quickly assembling interview itineraries with accuracy and communicating to all parties.

First 60 Days

  • Consistently receive positive feedback from Recruiters and internal business partners.
  • Understand nuances of each site supported.

First 90 Days

  • Learn how to source candidates
  • Master the preparation of offer letters

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Team player
  • Fluent in English is a must, German or Chinese is a big plus.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user
  • Experience with sourcing (LinkedIn, CV databases or other channels)
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
